STEP 1 – Click SITE from the menu items at the top of your admin area. Then click on the Media Manager button.
STEP 2 – When this page loads, click on the “Stories” folder, then it will bring you to the folder with all your images and PDF files within your website as seen below.
STEP 3 – Click on the “BROWSE” button to browse for the PDF on your computer
STEP 4 – Browse your computer for the PDF you wanted to upload.
STEP 5 – Pick the PDF and then press “OK” then click the upload button.
STEP 6 – Once the PDF is loaded (Make sure the PDF is no larger then 2MB or it wont upload) click on the PDF icon you just loaded and highlight the link as shown and press CTRL+C on your keyboard to copy the link.
STEP 7 – Highlight the “CONTENT” tab at the top of the page then click on “ALL CONTENT ITEMS” and go to the page in which you want to upload the PDF to.
STEP 8 – Once you are in your selected page, type some text to what you want the PDF document to be called then highlight the word and click on the “ADD LINK” button.
STEP 9 – In this step copy the link in the URL tab by pressing CTRL+V. Then where you see the “TARGET” tab click on the little arrow so it drops down options and then make it “OPEN IN NEW WINDOW”.
STEP 10 - Once you have done that. Click on the Insert Button
STEP 11 – Now click on the “SAVE BUTTON” and now you are DONE!!
